Welcome to ACMORA. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

1. The Service Model (Dropshipping Disclosure)

ACMORA operates as a specialized retail brand. We partner with Zambeel (Tazah Global LLC-FZ) for product sourcing and logistics fulfillment.

• Fulfillment: When you place an order, the fulfillment and dispatch are handled by our partner's warehouse.

• Inventory: While we strive for accuracy, stock levels are managed by our sourcing partners and are subject to change without notice.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your emirate of residence.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• ACMORA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Product Information

We specialize in high-quality electronics, audio equipment, and lifestyle products.

• Technical Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with technical specifications (e.g., battery life, Bluetooth version). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

• Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to studio lighting and screen calibrations, the actual product may vary slightly in color or finish.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price modification or discontinuance of a product.

4. Shipping and Delivery (UAE Market)

All deliveries are restricted to the United Arab Emirates.

• Courier Partners: Deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services integrated with the Zambeel platform.

• Delivery Timelines: While we aim for delivery within 2–5 business days, timelines are estimates. ACMORA is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• Failed Delivery: If a customer is unreachable after multiple attempts by the courier, the order may be canceled, and the customer may be restricted from future Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges.

5. Payments and Billing

• Cash on Delivery (COD): This is our primary payment method. Customers are required to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

• Payment Integrity: If using online payment methods, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Replacement and Quality Control (The "No-Refund" Rule)

In alignment with our sourcing partner's policy, ACMORA operates on a Replacement-Only basis.

• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds.

• Replacement Window: Any defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Unboxing Requirement: To process a replacement claim, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video serves as the primary evidence for our warehouse team to verify the condition of the item upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACMORA (including its directors and employees) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any product purchased from us.

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of electronic products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

• Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose within the UAE.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

مرحباً بكم في أكمورا. بدخولكم إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني وشراء منتجاتنا، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة التالية. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع مستخدمي الموقع، بما في ذلك المتصفحين، والموردين، والعملاء.

1. نموذج الخدمة (إفصاح عن نظام الدروبشيبينغ)

تعمل أكمورا كعلامة تجارية متخصصة في التجزئة. نحن نشترك مع منصة زنبيل (شركة تازاه جلوبال ش.م.ح - المنطقة الحرة) لتوريد المنتجات وتنفيذ العمليات اللوجستية.

• تنفيذ الطلبات: عند تقديم طلب، يتم تنفيذ الشحن والإرسال من خلال مستودعات شركائنا.

• المخزون: بينما نسعى جاهدين لضمان الدقة، يتم إدارة مستويات المخزون من قبل شركاء التوريد وهي عرضة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

2. الأهلية وأمن الحساب

بموافقتك على هذه الشروط، فإنك تقر بأنك قد بلغت سن الرشد القانوني في الإمارات التي تقيم فيها.

• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة المرور الخاصة بك.

• تحتفظ أكمورا بالحق في رفض الخدمة، أو إنهاء الحسابات، أو إلغاء الطلبات وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص في حال الاشتباه في أي نشاط احتيالي.

3. دقة الأسعار ومعلومات المنتجات

نحن متخصصون في الإلكترونيات عالية الجودة، وأجهزة الصوت، ومنتجات نمط الحياة.

• الدقة التقنية: نحاول أن نكون دقيقين قدر الإمكان في المواصفات التقنية (مثل عمر البطارية، إصدار البلوتوث)، ومع ذلك، لا نضمن خلو أوصاف المنتجات من الأخطاء.

• الصور: صور المنتجات هي لأغراض توضيحية فقط. وبسبب إضاءة الاستوديو ومعايرة الشاشات، قد يختلف المنتج الفعلي قليلاً في اللون أو اللمسات النهائية.

• التسعير: أسعار منتجاتنا عرضة للتغيير دون إشعار. ولن نكون مسؤولين تجاهك أو تجاه أي طرف ثالث عن أي تعديل في الأسعار أو توقف للمنتج.

4. الشحن والتوصيل (سوق الإمارات العربية المتحدة)

يقتصر التوصيل على مناطق دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

• شركاء الشحن: يتم التوصيل من خلال شركات شحن خارجية متكاملة مع منصة زنبيل.

• الجداول الزمنية: بينما نهدف للتوصيل خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل، فإن هذه المدد هي تقديرية فقط. لا تتحمل أكمورا مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن، أو الظروف الجوية، أو تزويدنا بمعلومات عنوان خاطئة من قبل العميل.

• فشل التوصيل: إذا تعذر الوصول إلى العميل بعد محاولات متعددة من قبل شركة الشحن، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب، وقد يتم تقييد العميل من ميزات "الدفع عند الاستلام" مستقبلاً.

5. الدفع والفلترة

• الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): هذه هي وسيلة الدفع الرئيسية لدينا. يجب على العملاء تجهيز المبلغ المطلوب تماماً وقت التسليم.

• نزاهة الدفع: في حال استخدام وسائل الدفع عبر الإنترنت، فإنك توافق على تقديم معلومات شراء وحساب حالية وكاملة ودقيقة.

6. الاستبدال وضبط الجودة (قاعدة "لا استرداد نقدي")

تماشياً مع سياسة شريك التوريد الخاص بنا، تعمل أكمورا بنظام "الاستبدال فقط".

• لا استرداد نقدي: لا نقدم استرداداً مالياً نقدياً.

• نافذة الاستبدال: يجب الإبلاغ عن أي عيب أو ضرر خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.

• شرط فتح الطرد: لمعالجة طلب الاستبدال، يعد فيديو فتح الطرد (غير معدل) أمراً إلزامياً. يعمل هذا الفيديو كدليل أساسي لفريق المستودع لدينا للتحقق من حالة المنتج عند وصوله.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل أكمورا (بما في ذلك مديروها وموظفوها) المسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو خسارة أو مطالبة، أو أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة من أي نوع، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات، الناتجة عن استخدامك لأي منتج تم شراؤه منا.

• نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات الإلكترونية أو عدم اتباع تعليمات الشركة المصنعة.

• تقتصر مسؤوليتنا القصوى تجاهك على سعر شراء المنتج المعني فقط.

8. السلوك المحظور

يُحظر عليك استخدام الموقع أو محتواه:

• لأي غرض غير قانوني داخل دولة الإمارات.

• لانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بنا أو حقوق الآخرين.

• لرفع أو نقل فيروسات أو أي نوع آخر من البرامج الضارة.

9. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع شروط الخدمة هذه وأي اتفاقيات منفصلة نقدم بموجبها الخدمات لك للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتفسر وفقاً لها.

10. التغييرات في شروط الخدمة

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تغيير أو استبدال أي جزء من شروط الخدمة هذه عبر نشر التحديثات على موقعنا. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية مراجعة هذه الصفحة بشكل دوري لمعرفة التغييرات.
